仕事の内容
アドバンスト・ディベロップメント・テクニカル・リーダーは、P2プロジェクトのR&Dチームを管理する権限を与えられており、R&Dの成果物に責任を持ちます。
また、R&D活動の詳細なスケジューリングと予算編成にも責任を持ちます。 EDCプラットフォームでは、R&D PTM EDC P2プロジェクトを担当しています。 ※P2=受注活動をこれから行う製品に関するプロジェクト
Mission：
Advanced Development Technical leader are empowered to manage their P2 project R&D team and are accountable for the deliverables of R&D.
He is responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting of the R&D activities.
Inside EDC Platform, he is the R&D PTM EDC P2 projects.
Responsibilities：レスポンシビリティ：
Deliverables:
・Apply the specific PDP of his PG/PL following Group Policy
・In charge of the robust design in line with the economical targets
・Applies metiers Standardization rules, and exceptionally will request destandardizations based on sound justifications
・Ensure the delivery of new standards as defined in the approved project scope.
・Call for all necessary design reviews
・Represent the R&D function at the customer
・It ensures that patents are filled before communicating to the custo
Mission:
- Development of Front End Module and Active Grille Shutter
- For the successful development of the project, is responsible for all the R&D deliverables of design and development.
- Responsible for detailed scheduling and resource planning of design and development activities.
- As a leader of the design development team, lead concrete activities.
Responsibility to achievement goals:
- Output targets for each milestone of the development project schedule.
- To achieve target cost and realize robust design.
- To compliant with design standards and be responsible for modifying them as necessary.
- To conduct design reviews with experts for each product and technology to ensure company's design quality.
- Ensure concurrent engineering with other functions.
- Represent design development for customers.
- To be a window for customers in
Mission：
As a platform/project contributor and by delegation of the System/R&D Team Leader, ensure system engineering implementation in the project.
He has the responsibility of the project system documentation and its compliance with Platform and Aspice
Responsibilities：レスポンシビリティ：
As project contributor, assure that the system documentations are compliant with the Platform standards and Aspice requirements
・Participate to the documentation ( SyRS, SyAD… ) and validate the conformity to Platform standards and Aspice request
・Collaborate closely with Compressor and Inverter R&D PTM and project system quality engineer.
・Prepare and plan System DR
・Prepare the time schedule for system development including System, HW, SW, MK DR and system documentation activity.
