This role will be responsible for the strategic oversight and management of business intelligence and data management initiatives. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of business processes to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
・Lead BI/Data platform delivery initiatives, leveraging tools such as Power BI and databases including Microsoft SQL, SSAS, and SSIS.
・Design and implement data models and data sources to meet comprehensive BI/reporting requirements.
・Drive the standardization of BI reports and data to ensure consistency and accuracy across the organization.
・Foster a culture of self-service analytics, enabling users to customize reports and derive insights pertinent to their roles.
・Ensure compliance with data governance standards and best practices for BI systems.
The Business Analysis Manager is responsible for building strong collaborative relationships with a specific focus on the Japan business teams. He/She will work closely with the Japan IT Business Partner to ensure consistency in the customer relationship in the scope. He/She will be responsible for providing knowledge and expertise to department heads and process owners in identifying opportunities for technology and supporting prioritization.
The Business Analysis Manager works to understand complex business needs and processes and to act as a liaison between the business and technical teams. They establish and improve business analysis processes and mentor business analysts.
They are responsible for understanding business processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and coordinating communication among various business groups and IT technical teams for critical and complex projects.
