Compressor Product Group Headquarter : Monthly Closing, Reporting, Long term business planning, Budgeting and Internal controlling

［職務内容］
1. Monthly closing for the business entity
- Forecasting HC, Labor Costs, OH Costs which involves communication with other departments
- Validating ledger booking and Actual tracking
- Reporting financial data and Analysis vs. Budget
1. 月次決算業務、予実管理/分析、レポート報告

2. Long term business planning: Set up 5-year business plan and Budget for the following year which involves communication with other departments
2. 中期計画および年次予算策定

3. Internal controlling: Test whether proper control are taken for internal procedure and business processes, coordinate with managers and process owners to ensure develop action plans to improve
3. 内部統制: 主にテスター業務

応募条件

■求める経験
［Qualification requirements］
- Accounting knowledge is mandatory
- 3 ~ 5 year experience in Accounting or Finance
- PC Skill: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

［必須］
基本的な経理、管理会計に関する知識
3 ~ 5年の経理、財務業務経験

日本語: ネイティブ　　Japanese Native
英語: ビジネスレベル English Business level

他部署との連携が求められるポジションの為、コミュニケーションがとれる方
