担当製品：
アクチュエーター　・AGS（アクティブグリルシャッター）　FEM

【Mission】
Head of the Production department on a site, manages the autonomous production units

【Responsibility】
・Is responsible of all production (APUs including methods, maintenance and quality)
・Ensure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, respect of the product) during the operations
・Ensure that the production schedule planned by the SC&L is respected
・Ensure achievement of QCD objectives and is accountable of QCD results
・Ensure optimal use of equipment (TRP)
・Ensure maintenance of equipment
・Drive continuous improvement with the support of the SC&L/VPS cluster of his region
・Practice regular OJT on QRQC, Kosu, ….
・Promote the company 's 5 axes in the daily activities of the Plant.
