担当製品：
アクチュエーター　・AGS（アクティブグリルシャッター）　FEM

【Mission】
・Manage the technical development of HW
・Insure the technical definition in accordance with the design rules
・Valid the technical choices to achieve QCD targets (validation).

【Responsibility】
1. Responsible for HW development :
Define functional and technical specifications
Define the variable part

2. Responsible for HW project planning activity
Define and update the planning level 2

3. Responsible for technical review
Organize the design review with Geeds
Perform DFMEA , AFI AFE
Follow and report Technical development status

4 Responsible for technical validation
Define the validation plan for each project phase
Schedule , follow and perform the validation plan

5. Responsible for technical solution Valid the technical solution to achieve the specification

■求める経験
・Electronics engineering
・At least 5 years on hardware development
・Knowledge of electronics component and ASSP is mandatory
・EMC knowledge
・Knowledge of LIN / CAN network and associated tools
・Motor knowledge
