仕事内容

【Customer interface and TDP contribution】
・Based on the highlights of the project scope, contribute to the construction of the TDP(s) around components, products,
systems, integrating customer trends and drivers
・Manage the customer Intimacy with regular meeting.
・Support the technical communications and marketing actions (ex.: Demo-cars, multi-medias)
Product development
・Implement Standardization strategy, escalate Lessons Learned to improve the Standards
・In charge of the robust design in line with Industrial network for manufacturability
・Implement methodologies (ex.: CIP) and Tools (ex.: PLM) necessary to the developments
【Resources and budget management】
・Define with the site R&D Manager and the metier department the assignment of teams on his projects
・Define with the R&D Managers the competence which will be require in short and medium term for the projects
・Manage the resources dedicated to his projects
・Define and follow the budgets related to his projects

応募条件

■求める経験
・大卒以上
・英語ビジネスレベル

・More than 10 years experience in Tier 1 and More than 3 years Management experience
・Strong experience in Vehicle System design or System Engineering or Software Engineering.
・Prefer to have vehicle BUS (CAN, MOST or etc) system knowledge and experience.
・On site customer support experience in the automotive products development.
・Experience in the customer requirements and specification management.
・Ability to travel at least 30% of time with possible international travel.
