アドバンスト・ディベロップメント・テクニカル・リーダーは、P2プロジェクトのR&Dチームを管理する権限を与えられており、R&Dの成果物に責任を持ちます。
また、R&D活動の詳細なスケジューリングと予算編成にも責任を持ちます。 EDCプラットフォームでは、R&D PTM EDC P2プロジェクトを担当しています。 ※P2=受注活動をこれから行う製品に関するプロジェクト
Mission：
Advanced Development Technical leader are empowered to manage their P2 project R&D team and are accountable for the deliverables of R&D.
He is responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting of the R&D activities.
Inside EDC Platform, he is the R&D PTM EDC P2 projects.
Responsibilities：レスポンシビリティ：
Deliverables:
・Apply the specific PDP of his PG/PL following Group Policy
・In charge of the robust design in line with the economical targets
・Applies metiers Standardization rules, and exceptionally will request destandardizations based on sound justifications
・Ensure the delivery of new standards as defined in the approved project scope.
・Call for all necessary design reviews
・Represent the R&D function at the customer
・It ensures that patents are filled before communicating to the custo - ポジション

大卒以上
■求める経験
【必須】
■5年以上、自動車業界でメカニカルエンジニアとしての開発経験
■チームマネージメントのご経験
■ビジネスレベルの英語
【歓迎】
■ 空調用コンプレッサーの経験が数年あり、できれば電気駆動のコンプレッサーの経験があること。
■電気またはソフトウェアエンジニアとしての経験
Mandatory ? Mechanical Background (more than 5 years) in Automotive industries
Mandatory ? Team Management Experience
Mandatory ? Business level English
Plus
- Electrical engineering knowledge
- 5 to 10 years of experience in engineering activities preferably in advanced development projects
- Several years experience in air conditioning compressor and if possible in electrical driven compressor
- Some experience in electronics, software will be a plus.
- Japanese language
