- 仕事内容
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
? Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with broadly covered from executive level to working level
? Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
? Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
? Strategically communicate with customer their pain and their wish, and propose our valuable solution to maximize Our advantage
? Communicate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
? Clearly communicate the progress of bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
? Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
? Forecast and track key account metrics
? Prepare regular reports on key account status and gaming industry, also occasional market analysis report
? Collaborate with sales

■求める学歴
大卒以上
■求める経験
10+ years of working experience in Semiconductor industry
? Experienced 5+ years key account management
? Fluent Japanese speaker with well-established working experience with the account
? Fluent in English with good communication skills
? Experienced in a multicultural work environment
? Requires frequent business travels (40%) and customer visits
? Strategic, Logical, neutral communication skills to persuade HQ and customers.
? Experienced strategic sales/marketing activities through CPU/GPU/SoC business and/or advanced technical standard promotion such as HDMI.
? Experienced Video and/or Audio relative IC such as CODEC
