仕事内容

Manage Physical Indicators on his site
・Develop and coordinate the site Quality Improvement plan following guidelines from Group and Product Group and
promote Quality Culture
・Implement 5 axes methodologies in the site
・Manage Quality network in his or her site
・Audit the Quality System periodically (Internal and support of Customer Audit)
・Co-chair the PVC for P1 projects from phase 3 until the end of the project
・For modifications, ensure the respect of the 4M procedure
・Chair the major P0 PVC
・Represent Customer within company on Quality matters (Communication / Escalation)
・Manage Incidents (CLR-Logistic) Internally and with Customer

・品質部門（４０名）のとりまとめ
・潮来工場では自動車部品のスイッチ類を作っています。
・（電気や機械の知識の他、樹脂成型品、金属、プレス加工、インジェクション、基板アッセンブリーなども扱います）

・主張は週に１回ほどお客様への出張が発生します
・海外出張も年に数回ある可能性あり

・10 years in operational position in Automotive
・マネージメント経験必須
