1. Responsible for planning and directing Fab activities related to product manufacturing and full automation environments in a semiconductor Fab.
2. Control the production schedule, delivery date and output, and increase production capacity to reduce costs.

〇必須要件
資格（学歴、スキル、証明書など）
1. 産業工学、科学工学、統計学、機械工学、または関連分野の学士以上、または同等の実務経験と経歴
2.優れたプロジェクト管理能力とコミュニケーション能力
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications (Education, Skills, Certificates, etc.):
1. Bachler and above in Industry Engineering, Science engineering, Statistics, Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent work experiences and background.
2.Good project management and communication skills.
〇必要な経験
・半導体分野、特に300mmファブでの製造部門経験
・自動化システムのセットアップまたはメンテナンス、最適化アルゴリズムにおける直接的な実務経験
〇Key Experience
・Experience in the semiconductor field, especially manufacturing department in a 300mm Fab.
・Direct working experience in the setup or maintenance of an automation system, and in optimization algorithms. - 必要スキル
