・Direct Customer interface ensuring customer satisfaction(QCDDM) as a company's Electrical Product Group Key account manager
【Responsibilities】
・Win strong level of businesses at his/her customer by building place the necessary strategy and associated action plan
・Ensure customer satisfaction through a clear QCDDM follow-up and associated action plan. The KAM is the leader of this plan
・Build company's Customer Development strategy with:
*necessary action plan to grow strong at his/her customers
*customer RFI/RFQ cycle plan to anticipate customer needs and associated products
*volume forecast
?Drive and build the technical productivity road map together with the project managers and the manufacturing plants to reach customer ambitions of yearly savings

・Support projects development activities by communicating/coordinating among customers and company's Electrical Systems organisation.・
【Main activities】
*Support JOEM Alternator/Starter projects activities
-Track project milestones
-Obtain clear customer requirements and report them in Electrical Systems Organisation
*Technical interface among customers and company's Engineering
*Obtain Voice of Customers from JOEM customers engineering organisation to improve company's Electrical Systems performance
*Obtain and update JOEM customers Alternator/Starter product roll-out plan to develop our technology road map strategy
*Support Engineering technology presentation to JOEM customers
*Seek and promote JOEM customers Alternator/Starter business opportunities
- Obtain potential opportunities from JOEM
- Obtain clear requirement for each program
*Support quality/warranty issues activities
*Escalate crisis issues in company's organisation in timely manner

・Ensure Project performance objectives (Quality, Cost,
Profitability, Delivery, Timing) in the management of complex Projects : big, strategic, with a huge stake ;
・Ensure Program or System coordination to achieve all projects launch(es) in compliance with company and Customer expectations. In the case of driving many sub-projects he/she is main customer interface for his/her System/Program Project ; coach P1 Projects Managers
・Manage operationally and functionally the Projects he/she is assigned to
・Manage important Projects eg. OI sales or complex involving many Customer plants, many Project Teams. (i.e. OI> 300Meuro, Top 5 projects in term of complexity for the PG, very strategic/innovative Project, System or Program Projects involving many Project Teams in different locations led by different Project Managers)
